Art Students in grades 1-8 take art for half of the year. Students learn art terminology, techniques and art history. Media used includes drawing, printmaking, clay modeling, papier maché, crayon batik, etching, and painting.
Music Music is taught to students in grades 1-8 for half of the year and all year for Kindergarten. Middle school students have the opportunity to participate in the choir that sings at the school Masses. The Music Director and our students work extremely hard to perform for the following:
Choir Students in grades 6-8 are encouraged to participate in the school choir that sings at the school liturgies. Practices are conducted during lunch time. As an extra-curricular activity, students also have the opportunity to join the Children's Choir for Sunday Masses.
Spring Musical Production Students in grades 6-8 perform in a spring school musical. Information for tryouts, etc. is distributed early in the second semester.
