Jesus' friend Lazarus died, and because of his grief, Jesus wept.

At this difficult time, the people and staff of St. Mary of Gostyn Parish wish to extend our deepest sympathy to you and your family on the loss of your loved one.

The Adult Grief Support Team at St. Mary of Gostyn is comprised of members of our Faith Community who have experienced the pain of loss and grief.

If you have lost a loved one and you are experiencing the painful and sometimes confusing feelings of grief, please join the Adult Grief Support Team at our meetings at the Parish Center: 445 Prairie Avenue, Downers Grove, IL 60515, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM, in the Living Room. The meetings are scheduled as follows:

Tuesday, September 6, 2011, Tuesday, September 13, 2011, Tuesday, September 20, 2011, Tuesday, September 27, 2011, Tuesday, October 3, 2011, and Tuesday, October 10, 2011.

In 2012, the Adult Grief Support meetings will be at the same location and the same time on: Tuesday, February 7, 2012, Tuesday, February 14, 2012, Tuesday, February 21, 2012, Tuesday, February 28, 2012, Tuesday, March 6, 2012, and Tuesday, March 13, 2012.
